Anurag Mistry is a talented UX/UI Designer with a passion for problem-solving and design. Anurag is currently employed as a Product Analyst - UX at Shiprocket, where he identifies and troubleshoots UX problems in current user flows, conducts user research, and builds UX-friendly flows for new product features. Anurag's journey towards becoming a UX/UI Designer began after he completed his ISTQB certification and landed his first job as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Although he learned a lot from his experience in QA, he felt that something was missing. He then decided to take his first step towards UX/UI Design and joined a design Bootcamp, which confirmed that this was what he was meant to do. Anurag's experience includes working as a UX Designer and Freelance Designer at Lollypop Design Studio, where he worked on projects related to food donation, designed apps for textile e-commerce, redesigned dashboards for clients' internal inventory management software, and designed landing pages for small-scale companies. He has also completed his Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai. Anurag is a design enthusiast with a passion for research and problem-solving. He is proficient in various design tools and technologies, including UI, QA, and Research Scientist.
